Cancellation Policy

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period of time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at: [email protected] and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Refund Policy

Please be reminded that our policy lasts 7 days for replacement/refund requests only. If 7 days have gone by since your item was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund after that

We accept refund requests when:

  1. Lost orders, and missing items due to our failed service delivery.
  2. We missed customers’ order cancellation and/or exchange requests within a 24-hour timeframe after the order was placed.
  3. The product variant, appearance, and/or quality are not as described on the product page.
  4. The product is faded, damaged, and/or missing pieces

  1. Order number
  2. Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  3. Photos of the whole product front and back
  4. Photo of the Shipping label

Note:

  • We do not accept returns if you change your mind after receiving your order. Once an item has been received in normal condition, it cannot be returned.
  • We will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
  • Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is
    delivered) will NOT be eligible for refund.

 How long does a refund take to process?

  • We review claims within 24 business hours. Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
